How long will it take to receive my journal?

Every journal is hand-personalized to order in our Florida studio. Typically, we process your order in 2-3 business days. Once shipped via USPS, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

I need this for a service or anniversary soon. Do you offer faster options?

Yes. If you are on a tight timeline, we recommend selecting Expedited Processing at checkout. This moves your order to the front of our engraving queue. 

Can I send this directly as a gift?

Yes! You can ship directly to the recipient. During checkout, you will see an option to add a gift message in the cart notes. We will ensure your personal message is included with the journal so they know exactly who this thoughtful tribute is from.

Can I see a proof before you engrave?

To maintain our quick turnaround times, we do not send proofs as a standard step.  Please double-check all spelling before submitting your order, as we can only accept changes within 2 hours of purchase
